Can I change my plan later?
Of course. You're currently subscribed to the Basic Plan, in which we'll get you up and running but any customizations going forward are DIY.

If you want us at your beck and call for custom DFY jobs, you can always upgrade to the Managed Plan through our Customer Portal.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and use the tool for the remainder of the billing period.
Can other info be added to an invoice?
You can add your business' Tax ID through the Customer Portal.
How does billing work?
Plans are per Business, not per user/account. That means you get all the features and unlimited team members for a full month/year, depending on the billing term you chose.
